Anti Acid Compact Worktop, Trespa Toplab Plus Worktop, Ceramic Worktop, Polypropylen Worktop, Stainless Steel Worktop

By using all the possibilities of developing technology, we follow all the innovations and developments in order to keep up with the progressive science age day by day, and we offer the most accurate planning to your service.

In every scientific study, invisible factors are as important as visible factors. The workbenches on which the works will be performed constitute one of the most important parameters. Chemical, biological, microbiological, genetic, physics, etc. Each of the studies that can be done in all fields contains rules and disciplines in itself. Which study requires which chemical use? Accordingly, which working condition is resistant to which chemical? What is the thickness of the bench for the force to be applied? The series of questions must be considered one after the other. While searching for answers to all these questions, a crossroad is reached due to many alternatives. In the light of our experience and knowledge to make the right decision, we aim to be your solution partner who will walk together on the right path by considering your needs.

  • Anti Acid Compact Worktop

They are bench panels produced on G-Lab laboratory benches using advanced technology, providing extra resistance to chemicals thanks to their special surface, and easy to maintain and clean. Specially designed G-Lab worktop surfaces are not affected by cleaning materials, strong organic solvents, acids, bases and salts, and the surface is produced to resist the most aggressive chemicals for 24 hours. The variety of usage areas of G-Lab bench surfaces, which are designed to provide maximum performance with their durability even in the most difficult conditions, is extremely high. Generally; chemistry, biology, medicine, radiology, physics, cosmetics, botany, hospitals, operating rooms, food industry, etc. used in laboratories.

G-Lab laboratory bench surface; Aceton, Toluene, Dimethyl Sulphoxide, Tetrahydrofurane, Terpentine, Ethylalcohol, Ammonia, Caustic Soda, Potassium Hydroxide 10% etc. It is resistant to chemicals and equivalent disinfectants.

 According to the quality tests carried out on all these chemicals;

Some chemicals that the G-Lab laboratory bench are durable for 24 hours have been stained and tested according to EN 438 - 2 and all of them have been found to be 5 (no change is observed).

Chemicals used within the scope of EN 438-2 test; listed below.

  • 0,80 mm – 22 mm
  • Trespa Toplab Plus Worktop

Trespa Toplab Plus laboratory bench surface is an anti-acid compact laminate and is a Phenolic Resin type bench surface. The biggest advantage over other Compact bench surfaces is the high resistance of the outer surface layer against acid environment. Longer lifetime, more suitable for use of various chemicals / acids. Its resistance to impacts, heat and water is also quite high. Thanks to all these features, Trespa Toplab Plus bench surface can be used in chemistry, biology, medicine, radiology, physics, cosmetics, botanical laboratories, hospitals, operating rooms, food industry, etc. It is an indispensable product that can be used as a laboratory bench surface in laboratories.

 Some chemicals that Trespa Toplab laboratory bench is resistant to 24 hours have been stained according to EN 438 - 2 and it has been proved that there is no change in all of them by getting the highest grade (5).

 Polypropylene Worktop

Polypropylene Bench surface is produced entirely from polypropylene material and in one piece. While standard bench thickness is 30 mm, it is 37 mm in models with water trap. Sink models also have self-surface droppers. This surface is extremely resistant to acids and solvents. Polypropylene benches have medium impact and heat resistance, while their resistance to water is high. It is generally preferred in sink washing benches.

 Stainless Steel Worktop

Stainless Steel Worktop surface is frequently used in wet areas and works requiring hygiene.

Depending on the usage, a thickness of 1.20 - 1.50 mm is preferred. The edges are produced with self-barriers to prevent any liquid that may be poured on the counter from overflowing. It is easy to clean and has antibacterial properties. It is applied in 304 - 316 Ai / Si CRNi quality according to the purpose of use as a stainless quality.
